Mark J. Cocozza

MARK J. COCOZZA was appointed Chairman of the Board and Chief
Executive Officer of maxwell Shoe Company Inc. in April 1998.
Prior to that he served as President and Chief Operating Officer
from October 1993 to April 1998, and served as President of the
Mootsies Tootsies division since joining the company in 1987.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Cocozza served as President of
the Sperry Top-Sider division of the Stride Rite Corporation. Mr.
Cocozza has more than 30 years’ experience in the footwear
industry.
