Mark Harris

MARK HARRIS is the Chief Financial Officer of RiverSoft Plc. Prior to
joining RiverSoft in September 1998 as Chief Financial Officer, Mr
Harris served in a number of financial positions at Credit Suisse First
Boston and Salomon Brothers International in Europe. Mr Harris qualified
as a Chartered Accountant in 1991 while employed at Deloitte & Touche in
London with which he spent six years. Mr Harris received a First Class
Honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Leicester in 1988.
