Mark Culhane

MARK CULHANE is Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of iManage, Inc.
Mr. Culhane has served as iManage’s Chief Financial Officer and
Secretary since September 1998. He brings to iManage over 15 years of
experience in both domestic and international business environments with
extensive experience in raising capital through the successful
completion of public offerings. At iManage, Mr. Culhane is responsible
for finance, legal, operations, accounting, human resources, and
facilities. From June 1992 to December 1997, Mr. Culhane held various
positions at SciClone Pharmaceuticals, a publicly held international
life science company, his last positions being those of SciClone’s Chief
Financial Officer, Vice President, Finance and Administration, and
Secretary from May 1994 through December 1997. From 1982 to the time
that Mr. Culhane joined SciClone, he held various positions at Price
Waterhouse LLP, now known as PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP, most recently
as Senior Manager, where he dealt with high-technology start-ups, middle
market, and multinational companies in a variety of high-tech
industries. Mr. Culhane is a Certified Public Accountant.
