MARK BERNSTEIN, ACA, is the Chief Executive Officer of Gameplay Plc. He
co-founded the company with Mark Strachan. Since 1992, he has worked for
a number of high technology and Internet companies both in Europe and
the USA. Most recently he was Vice President, International, for
GeoCities, one of the world’s largest Websites and assisted in
initiating the sale of GeoCities to Yahoo! Inc. in January 1999 for $4.3
billion. He currently sits on the boards of two other quoted companies,
Nettec Plc and Channelfly.com Plc.
