Marian O'Leary

MARIAN O’LEARY has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Security Dynamics since August, 1997. From 1987 to 1997, Ms.
O’Leary held a number of executive positions with Digital Equipment
Corporation, most recently Vice President, Finance for the Systems
Business Unit, Digital’s $6B products business. Prior to joining
Digital, she spent 10 years at GE where her last position was Senior
Vice President of Finance for GE Mortgage Insurance, a business unit of
GE Capital. Ms. O’Leary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from
Fordham University and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management
Program.
