Margot O'Dell

MARGOT O’DELL is TeleTech Holdings, Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer and
Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Her responsibilities
include human resources, corporate communications, real estate,
procurement and all financial functions for the company. Prior to
joining TeleTech, Ms. O’Dell was Senior Vice President of Finance for
Global Network Operations at Qwest, formerly US West. Prior to that, she
served as Vice President of Human Resources, Employee and Retiree
Services at US West. Ms. O’Dell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Administration from the University of Colorado. During her
years at CU, she earned several academic awards and graduated as
valedictorian of the School of Business. Ms. O’Dell is a Certified
Public Accountant in Colorado, and is chair of the Colorado Business
Committee for the Arts, an organization that fosters business-arts
partnerships in the state.
