Marco Syfrig

MARCO SYFRIG is the Chief Executive Officer of Sports and New Business
Division of Highlight Communications AG. Mr Syfrig is a qualified
Lawyer, and from 1993 to 1997 was a tax consultant and partner of ATAG
Ernst & Young in Zurich (as of 1993). As of 1997, he was the founding
member and partner of Taxpartner AG. From 1991, he was a consultant to
Highlight Communications AG for tax-related and financial affairs. He
has been Member of the Company’s Board of Directors since November 1998
and delegate of the Board of Directors since June 1999.
