Magnus Ryde

MAGNUS RYDE has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
FlexICs, Inc., since 2000. He graduated from Stanford University
in 1980 with an MSIE. He joined KLA Instruments in 1980. At KLA
he managed manufacturing, marketing, sales and service operations
both domestically and overseas. After the merger with Tencor
Instruments he was responsible for worldwide sales, service and
support. He joined TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing
Company) as President of North America in 1998. He is on the
Board of Micronic Laser System AB and Effnet AB, all of Sweden.
