MAGED S. SHENOUDA has beena Vice President in the Equity Research
Division of J.P. Morgan Securities, since 2000. He analyzes the
fundamentals of the biotechnology industry, with a focus on mid-
capitalization companies. From 1999 to 2000 he was a Vice President in
the Equity Research Division of Bear Stearns. From 1996 to 1999, he was
an Associate in the Equity Research Division of Salomon Smith Barney.
From 1994 to 1996 he was a Consultant in the Pharmaceutical Consulting
Practice of Price Waterhouse. From 1992 to 1994 he was a Managed Care
Specialist in the Pharmaceutical Products division of Abbott
Laboratories. Mr. Shenouda has a Master of Business Administration
degree in Marketing from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science
degree in Pharmacy from St. John’s University. He is a Registered
Pharmacist in New Jersey and California.
