Lyle R. Durham

LYLE R. DURHAM is President, CEO and Director of SunSpots. Prior to
SunSpots, Mr. Durham was Vice President of Northwest Operations for Edge
Medical, Inc. whereby his responsibilities included directing business
specializing in mobile diagnostic services, marketing, and recruitment
of staff. He successfully negotiated a management agreement with Sun
Healthcare and assisted in the spin-off of Indico into a public company
in 1998. Mr. Durham was also responsible for fund-raising and
shareholder relations for Edge. Prior to Edge, he was Vice President for
Northwest Imaging, Inc. where he was responsible for marketing, design
and development of data systems, and conducted various feasibility
studies.
