Lowell W. Robinson

LOWELL W. ROBINSON is Senior Executive Vice President and CFO with
responsibility for all Finance and Administrative functions. Mr.
Robinson brings more than 20 years of senior financial and operational
experience at both Fortune 100 sized corporations and entrepreneurial
companies in the consumer products, direct marketing and technology
industries. Prior to joining HotJobs.com, Ltd. in May 2000, he served as
Executive Vice President and CFO for PRT Group, an Internet and IT
software services company for which he raised $62 million in its initial
public offering. In his prior capacity as Executive Vice President and
CFO for ADVO (NYSE: AD), Mr. Robinson increased shareholder value by
300% in one year, by implementing a leveraged recapitalization through
payment of a one-time special dividend and putting $250 million of debt
on the balance sheet; divesting nonstrategic businesses; exiting
unprofitable market segments; and significantly reducing fixed costs.
Mr. Robinson held prior senior financial positions with CITIGROUP (1986-
1993), Mars Inc., and Kraft/General Foods. He received a BA in Economics
from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Harvard Business
School.
