Lori Varlas

LORI VARLAS is Vice President of Investor Relations for
PeopleSoft, Inc. Ms. Varlas oversees the company’s communication
program with financial analysts and investors. She joined
PeopleSoft in 1998. Prior to her current role in investor
relations, she most recently served as Vice President of Finance
for PeopleSoft’s Global Services organization. Ms. Varlas was
responsible for the accounting, budgeting, forecasting,
reporting, process improvement and business analysis for the
global consulting and education business. Ms. Varlas has over 19
years of corporate and operational finance experience and prior
to joining PeopleSoft held positions at Chiron, Specialty Foods
and Price Waterhouse.
