Lewis Rose

LEWIS ROSE is Chief Executive Officer of CryptoLogic Inc. He
joined CryptoLogic on July 15, 2002, and has two decades of
experience in the consumer products, entertainment and financial
services sectors and leadership roles at some of North America’s
best-known companies. Mr. Rose has served as President of
Alliance Atlantis Communications, President of Maple Leaf Foods’
Grocery Products Division, Chief Financial Officer of Maple Leaf
Foods Inc., and Assistant Vice President of CIBC World Markets.
Before joining CryptoLogic in July 2002, he served as Chief
Executive Officer of E-tv Interactive Technologies Inc., a
provider of commerce-enabled interactive television and Internet
services. Mr. Rose has also held directorships on the boards of
several companies including Alliance Atlantis Inc., Maple Leaf
Foods Inc., Country Style Food Services, and Canada Bread Ltd.
Mr. Rose is a Chartered Accountant with a reputation for
delivering strong results and profitable growth. His extensive
experience in mergers and acquisitions should be particularly
valuable to CryptoLogic, a well-capitalized player in an industry
that should see significant consolidation in the years ahead.
