Leonard S. Schwartz

LEONARD S. SCHWARTZ has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
of Aceto Corporation since July 1997, as President since July 1996, and
has been a Director of the company since 1991. A chemist by training, he
joined the company in 1969, developed the industrial chemicals business
and had a key role in the management of the company’s subsidiaries.
Under his leadership, Aceto has developed into a global company and has
become one of the largest independent pharmaceutical and chemical
distribution companies worldwide, with the unique ability to service its
customers anywhere in the world.
