Leo Hinkley

LEO HINKLEY serves as Vice President of Investor and Public Relations at
BankAtlantic Bancorp, Inc., the largest diversified financial
institution headquartered in Florida, and parent company of
BankAtlantic, Levitt & Sons, Core Communities’ St. Lucie West, and Ryan,
Beck & Co. Prior to joining BankAtlantic, he worked for multi-national
ECI Telecom Ltd., as Investor Relations Manager internationally and also
as ‘technology industry specific’ Market Relations Manager in the United
States. Prior to that, he served as Vice President with First Empire
Asset Management and was a co-Founder of their Public Finance Division
in Florida. Previous to entering the investment industry, Mr. Hinkley
paved an extensive career in Public Relations and Marketing in New York.
Mr. Hinkley is a member of the Board of Director of Boca Raton, Florida-
based Tele-Flex Technologies, Inc., a designer of convergent billing and
customer care products and business solutions for the telecommunication
and utility sectors worldwide. Mr. Hinkley is a member of the Board of
Directors of NIRI-SF (National Investor Relations Institute, South
Florida Chapter), and also serves on Boards of Advisors to both Spring &
Associates and JumpStart IR.
