Lennart Brag

LENNART BRAG is the Chairman and CEO of NetValue. Mr Brag holds a
Masters of Science in Industrial Economics and Management from the Royal
Institute of Technology of Stockholm. He spent most of his career as an
investment banker at Paribas, and at Sweden Lazard Freres. In 1991, he
became a General partner of Normart, a company that specialises in
mergers and acquisitions consulting. Lennart Brag, co-founder of
NetValue, has worked with the company since it was formed raising
venture capital and structuring NetValue’s international development. Mr
Brag was appointed as new NetValue’s CEO at a Board meeting on April 7,
2000.
