Lawrence P. Tombari

LAWRENCE P. TOMBARI is President and Chief Financial Officer of
Online Gaming Systems, Ltd., and was elected Director in 2001.
Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice
President of Lady Luck Gaming Corporation from its inception in
1993 until the company was acquired in 2000. Lady Luck generated
revenue of more than $200 million annually, and had more than
2,500 employees. Prior to Lady Luck, Mr. Tombari spent eight
years at Ernst & Young in the Consulting Division. He also worked
for the previous two years at Arthur D. Little, Inc., as a
consultant. Mr. Tombari has a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration from the University of Southern California and an
MBA from Arizona State University.
