Laurence C. Baker

LAURENCE C. BAKER is a Managing Director and Chairman of the Investment
Committee with Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. Previously, he was
associated with Dillon, Read & Company, Inc. and E.F. Hutton. Mr. Baker
holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the United States Military
Academy and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Sloan School of Management at
the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. A Chartered Financial
Analyst, he is a member of the Baltimore Security Analysts Society.
