Larry W. Seay

LARRY W. SEAY has served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and
Treasurer of Meritage Corporation since joining the company in April
1996. Mr. Seay received Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and
Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona
State University in 1977, 1978 and 1979 respectively. Mr. Seay is active
in many professional organizations including the AICPA, the ASCPA, the
Financial Executives Institute, and the Arizona Business Leadership
Association. He is also active in several civic and philanthropic
organizations including serving on the Board of the Arizona Better
Business Bureau and the Men’s Arts Council, a Phoenix Art Museum support
organization.
