Larry Gilmore

LARRY GILMORE is Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Principal Financial
Officer with Yongye Biotechnology International, Inc. Mr. Gilmore is responsible
for overseeing Yongye Biotechnology’s overall financial planning, control and
reporting activities, SEC compliance, audit and investor relations. Prior to
joining Yongye, Mr. Gilmore was Senior Vice President of Operations for Asia
Standard Energy, where he was responsible for raising financing and corporate
oversight of finance and accounting. He served as Managing Director of GC Global
and assisted large organizations in major scale change initiatives, prior to
which he was the Manager of Human Resources at Alcatel and a Senior Consultant
at Deloitte and Touche.
