Larry Bautista

LARRY BAUTISTA has served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of FLAG
Telecom Holdings Ltd. since February 2000, and as Vice President of
Finance and Treasurer since December 1995. Prior to joining FLAG, Mr.
Bautista spent over six years in various finance and treasury positions
at NYNEX. He structured, negotiated and closed several financings for
FLAG Telecom, including the non-recourse debt of the FLAG Atlantic-1
cable system and the refinancing of the FLAG Europe-Asia cable system.
Mr. Bautista has an MBA degree with honors from Fordham University and a
Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering from Ateneo de
Manila University in the Philippines.
