L. Michael Cutrer

L. MICHAEL CUTRER has been the President and Chief Executive Officer and
a Director of North American Scientific, Inc., since November 27, 1989.
Prior to that, Mr. Cutrer was a Manager of Isotope Products Laboratory,
Inc., a radioisotope manufacturing company, where he was responsible for
industrial product manufacturing, research and development from 1982 to
1989.
