Kyle P. Macione

KYLE P. MACIONE has served as President of King Pharmaceuticals, Inc.,
since April 2002. He previously served as Executive Vice President of
Corporate Affairs from January 1998 and as Corporate Counsel from March
1996. He was formerly a Corporate Attorney with the law firm of Elliot
Lawson & Pomrenke in Bristol, Virginia, from 1992 to 1996, and served in
the tax department of KPMG in Jackson, Mississippi, during 1988. He
graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law with a Juris
Doctor in 1991, University of Alabama with a Master of Accountancy in
1987, and University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Accountancy in
1986. He is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed to practice law
in Tennessee and Virginia.
