Kyle Huebner

KYLE HUEBNER was named Chief Financial Officer of Stamps.com Inc. in
January 2004 with responsibility for the company’s finance, human
resources, accounting, investor relations and corporate strategy groups.
Mr. Huebner served as Vice President of Marketing from December 2001 to
January 2004 and headed the company’s corporate strategy and development
from January 1999 to December 2001 where he played a key role in the
company’s turnaround efforts. Prior to Stamps.com, Mr. Huebner worked as
a Strategic Consultant for Bain & Co. and as an Equity Research Analyst
for J.P. Morgan.
