Kurt Dobbins

KURT DOBBINS is the Founder and President of Ellacoya Networks, Inc.,
and drives the vision of the company, overseeing operations, technology
and product direction. One of the networking industry’s foremost
software architects, he currently holds nine patents in
telecommunication technologies. Mr. Dobbins is a pioneer in application
