Kleyton L. Parkhurst

KLEYTON L. PARKHURST joined ePlus, Inc., in May 1991 as Director
of Finance and, since September 1996, has also served as
Secretary and Treasurer. In July 1998, Mr. Parkhurst was made
Senior Vice President for Corporate Development. Mr. Parkhurst is
currently responsible for all of the company’s mergers and
acquisitions, investor relations, marketing, and the ePlus
Group’s finance department. Mr. Parkhurst is a 1985 graduate of
Middlebury College.
