Klee M. Irwin

KLEE M. IRWIN is President and Chief Executive Officer of Omni
Nutraceuticals, Inc. He has been a marketing and business innovator for
most of his career. Beginning in the media business in the 1980s, Mr.
Irwin spent several years honing his management, sales and marketing
skills as a top executive at Pantron I, a Los Angeles’based consumer
product development and TV production company. In subsequent years, Mr.
Irwin gained a great deal of expertise in the fields of advertising and
international distribution. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Irwin is unique. His
combination of conservative financial management and cutting edge
strategic innovation has produced some of the consumer product
industry’s most dramatic and profitable new introductions. Over the
years, this ‘one-two’ punch of cost cutting and value-added product
innovation has left many competing companies thoroughly outmaneuvered.
