Klaus Moeller

KLAUS MOELLER is Chief Executive Officer of Genius Products, Inc. He
leads work on business development and acquisition efforts for Genius
Products and also serves as Director. He served the company as Chairman
of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from 1997 until February 2005,
and as Interim Chief Financial Officer from May 2001 until August 2004.
Previously, he was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ITM,
which was acquired by Genius Products in October 1997. Mr. Moeller’s
background includes marketing, advertising, auditing and real estate.
