Kevin S. Wampler

KEVIN S. WAMPLER has served as Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of The Finish Line, Inc., since November 2003.
Previously, Mr. Wampler served as Senior Vice President, Chief
Accounting Officer and Assistant Secretary (from April 2001). Mr.
Wampler has also served as Senior Vice President-Corporate Controller
and Assistant Secretary of the company from April 2000 to April 2001.
Mr. Wampler also served as Vice President-Corporate Controller and
Assistant Secretary of the company from March 1997 to April 2000. Mr.
Wampler is a CPA and has been employed by the company since June 1993 as
Corporate Controller. Mr. Wampler was previously employed by a national
accounting firm from July 1986 to May 1993. At the time Mr. Wampler left
the national accounting firm, he held the position of Audit Manager.
