Kevin R. Collins

KEVIN R. COLLINS is President and Chief Executive Officer of Evergreen Energy
Inc. Before becoming head of the company in April 2007 he was Evergreen Energy’s
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Collins was Chief
Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Evergreen Resources from 1995
until it was acquired in 2004. Before joining Evergreen Resources, Mr. Collins
was a Certified Public Accountant for 13 years. Currently, he serves on the
Boards of Directors of Evergreen Energy Inc. and Delta Petroleum Corporation. He
is a past Board member and Vice President of the Colorado Oil and Gas
Association and Board member of Pegasus Technologies Inc.
