KEVIN PARKINSON is the Founder and President of Botex Industries Corp.
As the inventor of Botex and the innovator of many new product lines,
Mr. Parkinson is responsible for product development and research.
Focused primarily on prototype and application development for the past
two years, as of April 28, 2000, Mr. Parkinson is also actively
overseeing Botex business operations and production order development.
