Kevin J. Sheehan

KEVIN J. SHEEHAN has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of
the Board of Directors of Investors Financial Services Corp. since June
1995. He has also been a Director since 1990. Mr. Sheehan served as
President from June 1992 to August 2001. Prior to joining the company in
May 1990 with the company’s acquisition of the Financial Products
Services division of the Bank of New England, Mr. Sheehan was a Senior
Vice President at the Bank of New England.
