Kevin Faulkner

KEVIN FAULKNER, Vice President of Investor Relations at BEA
Systems, Inc., has been head of the BEA investor relations
program since May 1998. Prior to that, he was a corporate,
securities, and mergers and acquisitions attorney for 12 years,
including 10 years in Silicon Valley, representing a variety of
high technology and biotech companies. Mr. Faulkner worked on
BEA’s IPO and securities matters as an attorney, and has been
working on BEA matters since November 1996. He received his JD
degree from the University of Virginia in 1986, and received BA
degrees in Economics and Political Science from Fort Hays State
University, graduating summa cum laude.
