KEVIN BERNZOTT is Chairman and CEO of Bernzott Capital Advisors. He
earned a Doctorate in Law from the University of West Los Angeles.
Previously CEO of a real estate development company and an officer of
asset management firms, Mr. Bernzott acquired, developed, leased and
managed a variety of projects. He has served on the Advisory Board of
Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, and as Chairman and a Director of other
corporations.
