Kevin B. Shaw

KEVIN B. SHAW is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of
NCS HealthCare, Inc. He is a founding principal of NCS and has served as
President and a Director for the company since 1986. Prior to joining
NCS, Mr. Shaw was employed by McKinsey & Company and Owens Corning
Fiberglas. He is a graduate of Harvard College B.A. and Stanford
Graduate School of Business M.B.A.
