Kenneth V. Moreland

KENNETH V. MORELAND is the Chief Financial Officer and a Vice President
of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates. Before
joining T. Rowe Price in 2004, he was a Senior Vice President, Chief
Financial Officer and Director with RTKL Associates, Inc.; and prior to
that, he was a client service partner with Coopers & Lybrand. He earned
a BS in Business Administration from Towson University. He is a
Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified
Public Accountants. Mr. Moreland is currently the President of the
Towson University Foundation and on the Board of Directors of the YMCA
of Central Maryland.
