Kenneth A. Joyce

KENNETH A. JOYCE was appointed President and CEO of Rurban Financial Corp. in
August 2002. He joined the company in 1997 as CEO of Rurban’s technology
subsidiary, RDSI, which has been restructured to become an aggressive growth
company, and he remains CEO of this Rurban subsidiary. Mr. Joyce’s over 30 years
of banking experience and strong leadership has been instrumental in the
creation and execution of the strategic plan that has returned Rurban Financial
Corp. to profitability. Through his management team, he is working to build
growth and value into the Rurban franchises. Rurban has set its course for the
next series of challenges.
