Ken Wiles

KEN WILES is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AppForge. He
has financial management and capital markets experience in both
privately and publicly held companies. During his career, Ken has been
the CFO of an rapidly growing technology based company that merged with
five other companies and successfully completed a public offering. Ken
has also held senior-level positions at investment banking and venture
capital firms. He is experienced in a broad range of capital market
transactions, strategic financial planning, and financial management.
Ken holds a PhD in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a
BA/BS in economics and finance from The American University. He is also
a Chartered Financial Analyst
