Ken MacKenzie

KEN MACKENZIE has been the Chief Financial Officer for Strategic Vista
International Inc. since December 2002. He originally joined SVII
management in August 2002 as the Vice President, Finance. Prior to SVII,
Mr. MacKenzie was the Chief Financial Officer of MGI Software Corp., a
TSx-listed public technology company developing consumer video and photo
editing software. He maintained this role from May 2001 until MGI was
sold in January 2002. From 1996 through 2001, he was the Chief Operating
Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Digital Processing Systems Inc.,
a TSx-listed listed company that designed and manufactured electronic
hardware and software used for creating, editing and processing
broadcast-quality video and audio material. Mr. MacKenzie joined DPS
after being a partner with Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants, where
he worked from 1976 to 1996.
