Ken Haas

KEN HAAS was appointed President of IntelliCorp in October 1992 and has
been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 1993. He
was named CEO in August of 1999. He joined the Company in 1983 as
General Counsel, became Vice President and Secretary in March 1984 and
was appointed Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer in
January 1990. Mr. Haas received a B.A. from Harvard College in 1972, an
M.A. from the University of Sussex in 1973, a J.D. from Harvard Law
School in 1976 and attended the Harvard Business School Advanced
Management program in 1989.
