Kelly Haydon Love

KELLY HAYDON LOVE, Director of Investor Relations of Inet Technologies,
Inc., joined the company in July 1999, just after its June 1999 IPO, to
develop and implement an investor relations strategy. She is responsible
for managing all communications with the financial community, including
the sellside and buyside, and serves as the primary spokesperson for
Inet. Prior to joining Inet, Ms. Love was Director of Investor Relations
for Software Spectrum, a $1 billion global software reseller. She began
her career in investor relations in 1995 with ProNet Communications, a
paging service provider, where she initiated the investor relations
function. While at ProNet, she coordinated communications efforts with
more than 30 sellside analysts as well as the buyside community. From
1993-1995, Ms. Love worked in several different areas at ProNet
Communications, including SEC reporting, M&A, treasury and budgeting.
From 1991-1993, Ms. Love served as Director of Finance and Operations
for a privately held destination management company in Dallas. She was
an auditor with Ernst & Young (formerly Ernst & Whinney) from 1987 –
1991 with an emphasis in aerospace/defense clients. Ms. Love currently
serves on the Board of the Dallas/Fort Worth NIRI Chapter as Vice
President of Professional Development. She graduated with honors from
the University of Arkansas with a BSBA in Accounting and is a Certified
Public Accountant in the state of Texas. She has completed Levels 1 and
2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst program, and is currently a 2001
Level 3 candidate.
