Keith R. Klein

KEITH R. KLEIN is Chief Financial Officer of Transport Corporation of
America (Transport America). He has over 15 years of experience in
finance, accounting, sales, operations, and general management. Mr.
Klein joined Transport America in July 1999. In 1997, he founded and
lead a start-up financial consulting practice focused on helping clients
attract venture capital funding and establish international joint
ventures. Prior to that, Mr. Klein spent seven years at Deluxe
Corporation in a variety of positions, including Vice President and
Corporate Controller. He also spent five years at Deloitte & Touche,
formerly Deloitte Haskins & Sells, in their audit practice. Mr. Klein
holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a BSBA degree in
Accounting from Creighton University.
