Keith Pronske

KEITH PRONSKE Chief Executive Officer of Clean Energy Systems. Mr.
Pronske is a mechanical engineer with more than 15 years experience in
the power industry in North America, South America and Europe. He
previously served as Vice President, Business Development, Latin
America, for Tractebel, Brussels, Belgium, and prior to that worked for
the AES Corporation. Mr. Pronske was instrumental in the acquisition and
development of power plants, gas distribution systems, and energy
companies with an aggregate equity investment in excess of $2 billion
and an installed capacity in excess of 6,000 MW. He joined CES in
January 2001, was elected a Director in May 2001, and became CEO in
January 2003.
