ke Svensson was born in 1952. He graduated from Linkping University in 1976 with a M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering. His first employment was for Saab AB, where he was engaged in the system testing of the Swedish anti-ship missile system RBS15. He then moved to take responsibility for the development of air borne telemetry systems, where the need for the smart anti-armour projectile Strix was the major focus for the activities.
