Kathleen L. Halloran

KATHLEEN L. HALLORAN is Executive Vice President, Finance and
Administration, of Nicor Inc. and Nicor Gas. She is also Chief Financial
Officer. Ms. Halloran has been with the company since 1974 and began her
career in Accounting. She has also had the positions of Corporate
Secretary, Treasurer and Controller. Prior to becoming Executive Vice
President, Ms. Halloran served as Vice President, then Senior Vice
President with various responsibilities, including information systems,
rates, gas transportation services, customer service and human
resources. Ms. Halloran earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from
Lewis University in 1974 and a Master’s in Business Administration from
Northern Illinois University in 1979. She is also a Certified Public
Accountant. Ms. Halloran serves on the Boards of Castle Banc Group,
Inc., Central DuPage Health and the National Association of Child
Advocates. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of Lewis University
and Committee on Directors for Voices for Illinois Children, a statewide
non-profit organization. She is a member of the American Gas
Association, The Chicago Network, The Economic Club of Chicago and The
Executives’ Club of Chicago.
