Karim Mnassa, who has more than 21 years of experience in
designing, manufacturing and marketing medical devices, is the
President and Chief Executive Officer of Medical International
Technology, Inc., and serves as a member of the Board of
Directors. Mr. Mnassa has founded, operated or been associated
with numerous businesses involved in the medical device industry,
including Ide International R&D Inc., Ide Technologies Inc.,
Alliance Medical Inc., Alliance Medical USA, Inc., and Alliance
Medical S.A.R.L. France. Mr. Mnassa has developed many state-
of-the-art, efficient and reliable medical devices, and has
marketed various medical devices in more than 60 countries. Mr.
Mnassa obtained a degree in Precision Mechanics Design from the
Istituto Salesiano Don Bosco in Cairo, Egypt.
