K.C. Craichy

K.C. CRAICHY has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
VitalCast.com, Inc. since January 1999. VitalCast.com is the world’s
first interactive alternative health network and is a comprehensive
source of science based information via a multi-media platform. Mr.
Craichy has over eighteen years of corporate development experience with
small to medium sized public and private companies, serving in various
capacities as Founder, CEO, Director, investor, strategist and
consultant. Mr. Craichy also serves on the Board of Directors of ARZCO
Medical Systems, Inc., a medical device company specializing in non-
invasive cardiac assessment and therapy. Mr. Craichy took control of
ARZCO in October of 1991 and commenced a turnaround of the company
including re-capitalization, strategic acquisitions, and staffing with
industry professionals including a strong industry CEO to replace him.
He was Chairman of ARZCO from October 1991 through December 1998, and
President and CEO from October 1991 through September 1996. Since June
1987, Mr. Craichy has also been President of KCC International, Inc., a
corporate finance and strategic consulting firm that he founded. Mr.
Craichy currently serves as Chairman of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the
Council of Growing Companies, a national CEO organization with 100 Tampa
Bay CEO members.
