Joseph W. Collard

JOSEPH W. COLLARD a founder of Technisource, Inc., has served as its
President and Chief Executive Officer and as a Director since its
formation in March, 1987. From 1981 to 1987, he served as a Computer
Consultant on a number of projects for, among other companies, Allied
Signal, Lear Siegler, Mannesmann Demag A.G., General Electric, IBM and
Martin Marietta. He has over 15 years of experience in the IT services
industry. Mr. Collard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree
from the University of Michigan, Flint.
