Joseph L. Dowling

JOSEPH L. DOWLING is the Managing General Partner and Portfolio Manager
of the investment partnerships at Narragansett Asset management, LLC.
Mr. Dowling graduated from Harvard College in 1987 and Harvard Business
School in 1993. Prior to forming the fund, Mr. Dowling served in various
capacities, most recently as a partner of Oracle partners, LP, an $800
million hedge fund and a partner of Oracle Strategic Partners, LP, an
investment partnership specializing in privately-negotiated
transactions. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Dowling worked at Tudor Investment
Corporation and Leo Capital, LP. Mr. Dowling was formerly a Director of
Thermatrx, Clinicor, Inc. and SMV Acquisition Corp. Mr. Dowling resides
in Greenwich, CT with his wife and three children.
