Joseph Kaufmann

JOSEPH KAUFMANN has served as Chief Executive Officer and
President of Kensey Nash Corporation since March 1995. Mr.
Kaufmann joined the Company in 1989 as Chief Financial Officer
and Secretary. He has been a Director since September 1992. He
was appointed Vice President, Finance and Administration in
January 1994.
